Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

We are an Independently Owned Auto Glass Repair and Replacement Chain in the Greater Bay Area.  We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative  (CSR) to work at our corporate office (comfortable casual atmosphere) in Mountain View.
 
Position Overview: 

The Customer Service Sales Representative duties includes answering phones, basic administrative duties, responding to customer requests such as giving out quotes, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, supplies and maintaining inventory accurately. When on the phone, you must project a professional company image and be able to resolve customer issues.  This role requires some one who is passionate about helping others and turning an unpleasant task or experience into a pleasant and convenient one.  This role requires juggling (at times handling multiple phone lines), prioritizing and scheduling logistically for Customers in addition to following up with customers and Technicians.  We are looking for someone with leadership potential that is looking for a career, not just a job.
 
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

 • Answer incoming calls, (identifying Customers needs), respond to internet inquiries, explaining services and or options
scheduling appointments with our Clients and Installers
• Prepare work orders for fleet, retail and insurance clients
• Order glass efficiently and assist in maintaining inventory (part returns, incoming parts and parts in stock)
• Follow up with Technicians and all clients on all work to be completed and work that has been completed
• Processing Customer Payments and closing out work orders or prepare for billing
• Setting and Achieving Sales Goals and fine tuning the sales process
• Providing above and beyond Customer Service
 
Qualifications: 

• Must be a people person. Friendliness is a must! 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Familiar with the Greater Bay Area and East Bay (for scheduling)
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task 
• Organized and able to prioritize 
• Flexible, dependable and punctual 
• Excellent communications skills ( Bilingual in Spanish a plus!) 
• Ability to work independently and confident to ask for help when needed 
• Team player 
• Minimum 1-3 years office experience preferred, but not required
• Background in Sales a plus! (including retail, automotive or service industry jobs)
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet) 
• Tracking Inventory a plus
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
