Angela Leung, President
I currently serve as the President of A+ Auto Glass. I had promised my brother that I would take over A+ Auto Glass as he referred to as “his dream” if anything ever happened to him. In late 2008, my brother unexpectedly passed away and I took over in 2009, as I had promised. My brother took pride in providing our community with a safe and quality service at a fair price to his customers whom he considered family. I took it upon myself to learn everything possible about A+ and auto glass safety in general. I’m continuing to learn about changes in the automotive glass industry to make sure our practices are current, safe and up to date with the new and changing automotive technology.
My job is to oversee all aspects of the A+ Auto Glass operations including management, day to day operations, marketing campaigns, customer relations, teambuilding and implementation of new products and procedures. I emphasize a work environment of mutual respect and encourage teamwork. Additionally, I focus on educating other industry members and the public about the importance of safe installations and about AGRSS (Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standards).
Prior to my work at A+ Auto Glass, I held various positions that entailed Customer Service, Automotive Sales and Consumer Finance. I have worked at several automotive dealerships and held positions as a Sales Associate, Fleet and Internet Sales Manager and Finance Manager. I received a double Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Spanish Literature and Culture from the University of California, Irvine.
When I am not working, I’m in the ceramics studio, dancing salsa, snowboarding, volunteering, out eating with friends and spending time with my family, at a concert or backpacking in some 3rd world country. I am extremely passionate about helping others, learning about other cultures and beliefs.
Ronald Leung, Master Auto Glass Technician Supervisor
I originally founded A+ Auto Glass in 1971. Now, I serve as a Trainer and Master Auto Glass Technician Supervisor for A+ Auto Glass. I do installation interviews with all potential new Auto Glass Technicians. I work closely with the Technicians to make sure that they are following the current safety standards per AGRSS. I serve as a resource for the Technicians and help educate our Office staff.
In 1972, I opened an Auto Body and Mechanical shop in Palo Alto, CA and later relocated to Mountain View, CA. During that time, I was a former Fire Fighter for the Los Altos Fire Department, former Palo Alto Police Officer and I retired as a San Mateo County Deputy Sheriff in 1985. Since my retirement from the San Mateo Sheriff’s Department, I have focused on my Mechanical, Body and Rental Automotive shop in Milpitas, CA. I believe my success is attributed to providing a great value and treating our customers like family. In my spare time, I love to fish, bowl, target shoot, BBQ and enjoy going out to eat with family and friends.
Jose Cerda, Office Manager
I currently serve as the office manager of A+ Auto Glass. Since I first arrived at this company I dedicated myself to maintaining the office and helping customers get back on the road. I believe that organization is a major factor to being productive both in the office and in the field. Customer service is also a huge part of our success here at A+. I try my best to work around the customer’s schedule and figure out other options for them when other company’s may not. Every time a quote is requested, I will always try to find the best price for the customer without sacrificing the quality of the parts or labor.
Before working at A+, I already had a big interest in the automotive industry. Not only replacing parts but also maintaining vehicles and learning how they worked. I have applied this knowledge in this office and will continue to do so as I learn more about auto glass and the automotive industry. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, following sports, maintaining and repairing cars, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
